Program Options, Dates and Costs

Special programs and intensive sessions for a minimum of 25 participants may be scheduled with custom dates to suit the academic field trips and  lectures to the needs of different organizations and academic institutions. Coexistence in the Middle East (CME) is offered as a 3-credit course at Rothberg International School (RIS) of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (HUJI), ranked as one of the World's top 100 universities. For further information refer to:

Participants may enroll in any of the following program options at HUJI: the intensive program, the 3-credit program and the 6-credit program. All program options:

  • Include all the academic field trips and  lectures described on this website
  • May be taught in English or Spanish according to the group's needs
  • Offer 3 academic credits at HUJI upon successful completion of the program

The intensive program concentrates all the course activities in a period of 12 days in order to enable the participation of students and professionals that can't attend the full 4 weeks session. In this option there are no leisure days during the program but participants have the option to stay an additional weekend after the program.

The 3-credit and 6-credit programs are 4 weeks in duration and are offered as part of RIS Summer Programs. The 3-credit program includes only the "Coexistence in the Middle East" course offering participants a substantial amount of free time to take part in excursions, activities and trips of their own interest. The 6-credit program offers students the option of gaining an additional 3 credits by participating in one of the additional summer courses offered in English by RIS:

Costs

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without advance notice. The cost of the 6-credit program depends on the tuition fee of the addtional program option that is selected by the participant. The prices for each of the additional programs are listed in the second table.

The tuition fee for each one of the additional course options in the 6-credit program is listed below. These figures already include a 10% discount on the tuition fee to which participants in the 6-credit program are entitled.
